Job Description

An Electrical Supervisor is required for a Healthcare Project based in Oxford. This role is with a leading M&E contractor, and the project duration is 24 months.

Duties as the Electrical Supervisor:

1. Ensure all work is carried out to a high finish.
2. Conduct Toolbox Talks.
3. Monitor progress and participate in programme & schedule meetings.
4. Inspect for snagging and obtain client sign-off.
5. Participate in design meetings.
6. Read drawings, identify errors, and address diagrams.
7. Ensure works adhere to high standards and health & safety regulations.
8. Implement Health & Safety processes.
9. Plan electrical works on site to meet the builder's programme.
10. Organize subcontractors on site.
11. Attend weekly site meetings.
12. Assist the project managers on site.
