Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Supervisor to oversee all electrical work on a large-scale commercial construction project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial electrical systems, proven leadership experience, and the ability to manage a team of electricians and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to specification.

Electrical Supervisor Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations of electrical installations on-site.

Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades.

*

Ensure compliance with all electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.

*

Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.

*

Conduct inspections, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.

*

Order materials, manage schedules, and track progress.

*

Maintain clear and accurate documentation and reports.

Electrical Supervisor Requirements:

Gold ECS card

*

SSSTS / SMSTS

*

Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial electrical construction.

Strong knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes.

Ability to lead and motivate a team.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

OSHA 30 certification .

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
