Job summary

A leading construction firm is seeking an Electrical Shift Lead in Central London. You will lead a technical team to ensure efficient electrical maintenance and compliance in a critical environment. The ideal candidate has level 3 electrical installations and supervisory experience. Competitive salary of £50,000 plus overtime, with a continental shift pattern, primarily focusing on days only.

Qualifications

  • Level 3 Electrical Installations (or equivalent).
  • 18th edition certification.
  • Proven experience in electrical maintenance (critical environment preferred).
  • Leadership/supervisory experience.

  • Lead a shift with 1 engineer.
  • Oversee and execute both planned preventative and reactive electrical maintenance.
  • Ensure health and safety and site compliance.
  • Manage electrical faults and site reliability.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead a shift with 1 engineer
  • Oversee and execute both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical maintenance across the site
  • Ensure H&S and critical site compliance.
  • Manage electrical faults and ensure site reliability.
  • Organise shift activities, manage permits to work, and ensure all documentation is accurately maintained.
Requirements
  • Level 3 Electrical Installations (or equivalent).
  • 18th edition
  • Proven experience in electrical maintenance (critical environment preferred).
  • Leadership/supervisory experience.
