Schedule: 4 on 4 off (07:00-19:00)

We're hiring an Electrical Shift Engineer to support a high-profile commercial site in Liverpool Street.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver planned and reactive maintenance across electrical and HVAC systems
  • Operate and monitor building systems via BMS and alert platforms
  • Lead and support site technicians, ensuring high standards of service delivery
  • Maintain accurate documentation, shift logs, and handover reports
  • Liaise professionally with clients and internal teams
  • Drive energy efficiency and propose operational improvements
  • Manage incidents and ensure compliance with KPIs and SLAs
Essential Requirements
  • Electrically qualified (City & Guilds 2382 – 18th Edition)
  • Strong background in commercial building maintenance
  • Hands‑on experience with AHUs, BMS, HVAC, UPS, generators, and water systems
  • Excellent communication and IT skills
