A leading multi-disciplinary Principal Contractor is seeking an Electrical Package / Project / Contracts Manager for a data centre project in Harlow, Essex. The ideal candidate will oversee all electrical works from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards. Responsibilities include leading site teams, managing commercial aspects, and ensuring high-quality delivery. The compensation package includes up to £90,000 along with a company car, bonus, and PMI.
