  • Compliance & Audits: Play a pivotal role in preparing for and supporting annual audits from governing bodies, acting as the Qualified Supervisor as defined by NICEIC, and ensuring all company accreditations are current.

  • Health & Safety Excellence: Work closely with the Health & Safety department to ensure all internal and external audits are well‑prepared, and that procedures and standards are rigorously followed.

  • Training & Development: Collaborate with Health and Safety to ensure the training matrix is up‑to‑date, and support the Training Administration team to ensure courses are booked in advance, maintaining all required qualifications.

  • Electrical Expertise: Be fully conversant with all aspects of electrical installation, ensuring compliance with IEE Wiring Regulations and that all materials and workmanship meet the highest standards.

  • Documentation & Reporting: Accurately complete all certification and documentation, supporting Health & Safety by investigating electrical incidents and providing thorough, detailed reports.

  • Business Growth: Take an active role in generating new business opportunities, initially supported by the National Electrical Manager, contributing directly to the company’s growth and success.

Required skill and experience
  • Extensive experience in domestic and social housing projects, with a solid understanding of the wider domestic and commercial electrical market.

  • Proven experience in all aspects of field management, including health and safety, quality and compliance management, and P&L delivery.

  • Ability to lead teams, ensuring all work streams are executed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

  • Deep understanding of electrical operations and regulations, with the capability to drive high standards of workmanship across all projects.
