Electrical Site Manager - Contract Role

North West London | £300 per day

An established M&E contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to join the delivery team on a large-scale care home development in North West London.

The project consists of a 130‑bed care facility with an M&E value of approximately £7 million. There are 12 months remaining on the programme, with the potential for future projects on completion for the right individual.

The Role

You will oversee electrical installation activities on site, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient delivery against programme and specification. You will be working within an existing project structure that includes:

• Electrical-biased M&E Project Manager
• Mechanical Site Manager
• Junior M&E Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing electrical installation works, labour resourcing, and subcontractor coordination
• Monitoring progress against programme and reporting to senior management
• Reviewing drawings, specifications, and standards to ensure compliance
• Supporting testing, commissioning, and quality control processes
• Maintaining site safety in line with legislation and company procedures
