Are you an Electrical Maintenance Technician or similar looking to progress into a BMS Engineer position with training, progression opportunities, and strong earning potential? This role focuses on localised support across Northern Ireland, enabling growth in revenue and headcount for a market-leading company.

The successful candidate will combine a multiskilled site-based background with a focus on BMS systems. Start on site performing planned and reactive maintenance on equipment, then develop specialised skills through internal and external training and on-site shadowing. The company has nearly 50 years of history providing high-quality service across HVAC control systems in Healthcare, Retail, Commercial and Industrial sectors. The role suits a Maintenance Technician with an Electrical background seeking progression into a BMS Engineer role.

Responsibilities

• Support the installation of BMS equipment and wiring, configure controllers, upload programs and perform functional testing
• Diagnose and resolve faults, support hardware replacement and maintenance
• Liaise directly with clients and contractors to gather requirements and provide accurate updates
• Generate reports on system performance, alarms and incidents
• Travel to a variety of sites around Northern Ireland and occasional lodge for no more than a week in the year
