About the Role

We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled Mechanical & Electrical Nights Maintenance Engineer to join a major FMCG manufacturer operating a high-volume, fast-paced production site. This hands‑on, senior role will support the safe and efficient running of both mechanical and electrical systems across the facility, ensuring all machinery is operational and production‑ready each day.

Key Requirements

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related discipline).
• Strong hands‑on experience in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance within FMCG or manufacturing environments.
• Experience with PLC‑controlled systems and fault‑finding is highly desirable.
• Must have experience from ideally FMCG or any manufacturing background.
• Logical, proactive, and able to mentor less‑experienced engineers.
• Flexible, cooperative, and able to work permanent night shifts.
