Job summary

A leading global brand is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to ensure the smooth running and maintenance of manufacturing assets at their Skelmersdale site. The role includes both reactive and planned maintenance, working a 3 on, 2 off continental shift pattern. Candidates should have an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent engineering qualification and strong electro-mechanical knowledge. A competitive salary of £58,944 along with an extensive benefits package including a quarterly bonus and 23 days holiday is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Engineering role with a strong electrical bias.
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing with a large company background.
• Due to the location of the site, you will need your own transport.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support to maintain smooth production operations.
• Conduct both reactive and planned maintenance on plant equipment.
• Document maintenance activities using the CMMS system.
