A leading recruitment consultancy is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join a stable company in Wales. The successful candidate will lead the maintenance team focusing on preventive maintenance and quality assurance. This role offers excellent training and development opportunities, providing a pathway from engineering into management. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to work under pressure. Competitive package includes a salary of £55,000 and a bonus.

Following their recent investment they are looking for an Electrical Engineer to join and lead their well-established maintenance team. The company has multiple sites within the organisation and offers brilliant stability as well as excellent progression routes. Internal and external training courses are provided to further develop your skills and career depending on the route you’d like to go within this National business. It’s the first step from Engineer into Management, taking a Senior Maintenance Engineer off the tools and into a more managerial position overseeing the team.
