Job summary

  • Conduct PPM and reactive works as directed.
  • Complete service sheets and maintain compliance logs.
  • Respond to callouts as per client requirements.

  • Ensure maintenance of equipment under contract.
  • Comply with Health & Safety regulations.

About The Role
Key Responsibilities
  • To undertake PPM, proactive and reactive works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames so that the customer expectations are met.
  • To complete service sheets and update site compliance logbooks accordingly.
  • To provide a callout response for the client as detailed on the callout rota.
  • To undertake contractor control duties on behalf of the client, including monitoring of contractors and their workmanship, so that relevant standards are met.
  • To evaluate performance and ensure the proper servicing and maintenance of equipment under contract to the company is carried out.
  • To work in a safe manner at all times, complying with current Health & Safety legislation and OCS H&S policy.
Key Hiring Criteria
  • Qualified Electrician to City & Guilds 2330 or NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, Inspection and testing is also required.
  • Previous experience working within Facilities Management would be ideal.
  • Full clean driving licence.
  • Able to carry out basic IT tasks on handheld devices.
