The Role

We are seeking a talented Electrical Design Engineer to join our client's growing team near Farringdon Tube Station. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of high‑profile projects across commercial, residential, and mixed‑use sectors. You'll be involved in all stages of design, from concept to completion, delivering innovative, sustainable, and efficient electrical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical systems for building services projects
• Produce detailed electrical designs, calculations, and technical specifications
• Collaborate with mechanical engineers, architects, and clients
• Ensure designs comply with BS7671, CIBSE, and building regulations
• Use AutoCAD, Dialux, Amtech, and Revit MEP (desirable)
• Attend site visits, client meetings, and project reviews

What We're Looking For

• Degree or HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering or Building Services
• 3+ years' experience in electrical design for building services
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, including lighting, power, and fire alarm designs
