Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience with a relevant qualification or 4 years experience in systems engineering/hardware or electrical design.
• Experience in low/extra low voltage power generation (400VAC with motor starters).
• Proficiency in software packages (e.g. AutoCAD Electrical) and electrical design.
• Good understanding of systems engineering principles and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical schematics and system layouts from scratch.
• Integrate subsystems and ensure everything works together.
• Test and validate systems to meet specs.
• Prepare technical documents: requirements, designs, test plans, manuals.
• Collaborate with project teams and clients to solve problems.
• Support commissioning and oversee assembly/manufacture when needed.

Were looking for an Electrical Design Engineer to design integrate and test complex electrical systems. Youll work with software hardware and project teams to deliver projects that meet client needs safely on time and in budget.
