We are currently recruiting for an experienced electrical assembler / wireman on behalf of our client based in Birmingham

Working hours 37.5 per week

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical components and subassemblies according to engineering drawings and specifications
• Use hand tools and power tools to perform assembly tasks
• Install and connect wiring, cables, and electrical components
• Test assembled products to ensure functionality and quality
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical assemblies as needed
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

Experience

• Previous experience in electrical assembly or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of logic controllers, surface mount technology, and mechanical assembly techniques is a plus
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in electrical assembly
• Basic understanding of electrical circuits and components
