A London Borough is seeking an experienced Electoral Services Officer to manage electoral registration and conduct elections. The role offers a salary starting at £42,912, with hybrid working conditions. Ideal candidates will have strong organizational and analytical abilities, and must be available to work during key electoral periods, including evenings and weekends.

Do you want to develop your knowledge, experience and skills in a dynamic and people-focussed London electoral services team?
Lambeth is looking for a well organised and experienced individual to support strategic and operational electoral registration activities, the conduct of elections and delivery of our ongoing service improvement programme.
You’ll need excellent analytical, operational and problem-solving skills to meet a range of daily challenges, including year-round electoral registration, the conduct of elections and referenda and continuous service improvement.
You’ll have a proven track record in electoral registration and elections or suitable transferrable skills and experience.
Additionally, you must be able to work flexibly, particularly at election times when significant evening and weekend working is required.
You’ll be a thorough and proactive individual with excellent communication and organisational skills, along with a good eye for detail. You must be able to demonstrate:
