A recruitment agency is seeking an eLearning Technical Training Coordinator for a hybrid role based in Manchester. In this role, you will manage the transition of existing training material into an engaging online format for a new Learning Management System. The position offers a rate of £200 per day for an initial four-month contract, with potential for a permanent role later. Candidates should have experience with instructional design principles and be ready to travel when necessary.
About the Role
Our client is rolling out a new company wide Learning Management System (LMS) called Learning Pool to replace their current platform. They are looking for an organised and content focused training professional to join on a 'temp to perm' basis to help them build engaging, user-friendly content and support their internal training teams as they launch.
This is not a typical content creation role, nor is it a training delivery role - their subject matter experts and training team will supply the content, most of which is already in place from the previous system. Your role is to translate the existing content into interactive, impactful online learning modules, adding them to the new e-learning platform.
This is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of a high-profile LMS rollout, working closely with our leadership team. You\'ll gain hands-on experience with Learning Pool and Adapt Builder and play a key part in shaping how thousands of staff access training.
A permanent version of this role is expected to follow later in the first quarter of 2026. The successful contractor will be well placed to apply should they desire.
