Qualifications

  • Experience in housing associations or similar environments.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct EICR inspections and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Perform routine testing and maintenance on properties.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical faults efficiently.
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems.
  • Complete EICR certification and maintain records.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to tenants.
  • Collaborate with engineers and supervisors.
