We have an exciting opportunity for a RTPI / IEMA qualified Planner to join the Cardiff Planning Team. The ideal candidate will be experienced and passionate about infrastructure projects and EIA coordination. You will join our existing team to support the consenting of large-scale renewable projects in Wales and across the UK.

Team Overview

The Savills Planning Team in Cardiff consists of 17 planners and is highly respected in South Wales. It is an integral part of the UK's largest planning consultancy, with approximately 192 planning specialists covering every land use sector and geographical area in the UK.

The team’s reach is diverse, with a strong pipeline of projects for various clients, acting UK-wide. Current projects include work with Wrexham AFC, development of Indurent Park in Newport, discharging planning conditions for Twyn Hywel Energy Park, development land at Bridgend College, major schemes in Cardiff Bay, underwater research campus in the Forest of Dean, Carbon Capture and Storage in North Wales, and redevelopment of the Ford factory in Bridgend.

The Planning team collaborates with colleagues in Development, Commercial Investment, Office Agency, New Homes, Energy & Sustainability, Building Services, and Property Management.
