We’re looking for an experienced Solicitor to handle a broad range of education matters, including SEN, EHCPs, admissions, exclusions, bullying, and discrimination. You’ll provide clear, practical, and empathetic advice to parents, students, and education providers, and represent clients in SEND Tribunal hearings.

Location & hours :
  • Flexible – UK-based offices or remote, with occasional travel
  • Full-time (35 hours) with flexibility; part-time considered
About you :
  • Qualified Solicitor with 3–5 years’ PQE in Education Law
  • Experience advising on SEN, EHCPs, admissions, exclusions, and tribunal representation
  • Strong advocacy, drafting, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent client-care skills — able to communicate complex legal issues clearly and empathetically
  • Proactive, organised, and commercially aware, with a collaborative approach
