You will manage a hot desk dedicated to the schools sector, building client relationships and placing high-quality candidates. The position offers a basic salary of £26,500–£30,000, with OTE exceeding £45,000 and uncapped commission. Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in education recruitment (schools, colleges, or similar).
• Confidence in managing client relationships and building new ones through BD activity.
• Proven ability to place candidates and consistently hit targets.
• Strong organisational skills and a professional, consultative approach.
• A team player who wants to build something long-term.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a hot desk focused on Further Education and/or schools sector.
• Manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of education clients across the North West.
• Source, screen, and place high-quality teaching and support staff.
• Deliver a fast, reliable, consultative service to both clients and candidates.
• Manage the full 360° recruitment process, from business development to aftercare.
• Stay updated on market trends, compliance requirements, and candidate availability.
