A prominent theatre organization in Scotland is seeking an Education & Youth Engagement Director to manage and develop children's and young people's work at the Theatre Royal. Responsibilities include building relationships with local organizations, delivering education outreach activities, and overseeing the Guild of Players Youth Theatre. This role offers a salary of £15,879 pa for a 21-hour week. The ideal candidate will have strong management skills and experience in youth engagement programs.

Responsible for the management, development and delivery of children’s and young people’s work at the Theatre Royal, and for running the Guild of Players Youth Theatre.
The oldest theatre in Scotland (est.1792), refurbished and expanded in 2015. Owned & run since 1960 by the Guild of Players (Charity SC001963).
As Education & Youth Engagement Director, you will manage, develop and deliver children’s and young people’s work at the Theatre Royal, build relationships with national and local organisations including colleges, community groups and schools, and deliver education outreach activities. You will also be responsible for the Guild of Players Youth Theatre, delivering and supervising workshops, and overseeing the Youth Theatre productions.
