3 days' pay guaranteed, even if you work less

Starting out in teaching and want security without locking yourself into one classroom? This one's for you.

We're looking for a qualified ECT to work across friendly primary schools in Newcastle and North Tyneside, with a three-day guaranteed pay agreement. That means if schools don't need you for all three days, you still get paid for them.

You'll mainly be teaching, but on quieter days you may step into TA or classroom support work, a great way to build confidence, relationships, and experience across year groups.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
