A Vintage Fit seeks a part-timeEcommerce Merchandiser to manage our Shopify store, analyse performance, and support collection planning. This role suits someone who blends creative understanding of our brand with strong analytical skills and can take ownership within a small, fast-growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimise site experience to improve conversion and customer journey
• Analyse sales data, sell-through, weekly KPIs, and customer behaviour
• Identify best-sellers, slow movers, and make commercial recommendations
• Support planning for future collections based on insights
• Produce monthlytrade reports and action points
• Communicate with wholesale clients

• Strong Shopify experience
• Confident analysing data and presenting clear insights
• Understanding of our fashion style, customer demographic, and brand tone
• Experience in ecommerce merchandising / trading
• Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive
• Comfortable working independently within a small, growing team

Logistics

• Part-time role (2 full days per week)
• In-house / remote hybrid working
• Ability to travel to the office in North West London
