We have a fantastic opportunity for our client, a prestigious global group company, seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to lead the online retail strategy for Vera Wang Ready To Wear in the UK and internationally. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the digital presence of an iconic luxury fashion brand, based in the London office.



Responsibilities


  • Defining and executing the ecommerce strategy to drive growth and profitability.

  • Managing website trading, seasonal launches, promotions, and optimisation to enhance customer experience and conversion.

  • Leading performance marketing campaigns and CRM initiatives to attract, retain, and grow the customer base.

  • Tracking ecommerce KPIs, delivering actionable insights, and driving data-led improvements.

  • Ensuring excellence in digital merchandising, brand storytelling, and luxury presentation across all platforms.

  • Collaborating cross-functionally with merchandising, marketing, creative, and operations teams, while managing and developing a small ecommerce team.



Qualifications


  • 5+ years' experience in ecommerce management within luxury or premium fashion.

  • Proven success in driving strong online sales growth.

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance performance and brand integrity.
