Job summary

A leading ecommerce company is looking for an Ecommerce Manager to oversee operations for its US site. Based in Coventry with one day WFH, you will drive growth by optimizing strategies for pricing, merchandising, and marketing in the US market. Ideal candidates have US ecommerce experience, preferably in Homeware or Fashion, and familiarity with Shopify Plus. This role requires a strategic mindset to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue

Ecommerce Manager - US

Were now looking for an Ecommerce Manager for our US site, working with the growing team at our Coventry Head Office to drive our growth in the US market. In this pivotal role, youll report into our Head of Ecommerce and have broad responsibility for our Ecommerce trading in the US.

Youll work with our existing Ecommerce teams including content, creative, merchandising, social and CRM to ensure were delivering a best in class US online experience and tailoring our approach to the nuances of a market that provides massive growth opportunities.

What youll be doing Optimise our US operations around :

US Trading strategy

evolve our US specific pricing and promotion strategy to deliver revenue growth and maximise operational margins. Evaluate and evolve our US proposition versus key competitors in market

Content & Visual Merchandising

ensure our content is optimised for the domestic US market and site is visually merchandising to optimise the onsite experience, discoverability and conversion.

Development Functionality & CRO

in conjunction with our development partners and UK ecom team to evolve the US site in line with our development roadmap

SEO

Ensuring our SEO optimisation is suitably focussed on delivering for the US market.

Paid marketing - Co-ordinating with the Paid Marketing team to optimise our paid activity across Search and Social -

Social

work with our social team to deliver market appropriate activity across social channels

Product Merchandising / Buying

work with the Merchandising team to ensure appropriate stock holding and replenishment cycles for our US warehouses.

Creative

Market customisation - ensure our creative execution in the US is as consistent as possible but as different as necessary to our UK creative

Operations / Delivery Team

review and ongoing optimisation of our US warehouse operations and Third Party delivery arrangements

Customer Service

work with our CS team to optimise our US customer engagement.

What Youll Bring General

US Ecommerce experience, ideally in Homeware or Fashion Sectors.

Shopify Plus Experience with a scale retailer (US revenue>

$20 M).

Strong commercial outlook, with the ability to identify opportunities that drive revenue and add value.

Sensible decision maker with a pragmatic mindset aimed at delivering positive outcomes.
