A fast-growing independent brand in Bristol is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing & eCommerce Manager to drive performance in their digital sales channel. This position offers ownership of the Shopify Plus platform and involves leading digital campaigns while optimizing user experiences. This is brilliant opportunity to own and grow the digital sales channel of a business that’s already making waves online. You’ll lead on everything from CRM and SEO to PPC and conversion optimisation, working closely with a collaborative team to drive performance and customer satisfaction.
Their office is in central Bristol, walkable from Temple Meads train station and it’s 4 days in the office, one day working from home.

As Digital Marketing & eCommerce Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the Shopify Plus platform — managing both front‑end and back‑end operations. You’ll optimise user experience, site navigation and merchandising to improve conversion rates and customer journeys.
You’ll lead digital campaigns across email, search, SEO and PPC, using CRM tools to automate and personalise communications. You’ll be responsible for core KPIs including online revenue growth, AOV, CPA and CRO.
You’ll analyse performance data using GA4, Looker Studio and HubSpot (or similar), identifying trends and opportunities to improve. You’ll propose and test new initiatives, manage external developers where needed, and ensure the site is always evolving to meet customer needs.
