We're looking for an experienced eCommerce Lead to drive online sales growth, elevate the customer experience, and lead day-to-day trading across multiple ecommerce channels. This role blends commercial strategy, data-driven decision making, and hands-on execution. You'll manage a team of three and work collaboratively with marketing, CRM, operations, and creative teams to deliver best-in-class digital performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own trading performance across all international markets, delivering against revenue and margin targets.
  • Monitor key KPIs (conversion rate, AOV, sessions) and provide actionable insights to optimise results.
  • Manage the ecommerce trading calendar, ensuring alignment with brand marketing and key seasonal moments.
  • Oversee all onsite and app merchandising, ensuring product and content accuracy.
  • Support the CRO roadmap by driving A / B testing and initiatives to improve conversion and user experience.
  • Lead the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring a seamless experience across desktop, mobile, and checkout.
  • Own ecommerce reporting, dashboards, and weekly trading updates for senior leadership.
