eCommerce Director

Not based in London and will require a weekly overnight stay.

They are on an exceptionally exciting growth journey and looking for a visionary Digital Director to define and deliver a bold digital strategy to elevate their customer experience, drive performance, and unlock new growth opportunities.

  • Deep expertise in digital trading, retail media, and performance marketing

What you’ll do:

  • Own end to end online trading performance – driving traffic, conversion, AOV, and retention through data-led decision-making
  • Lead eCommerce strategy – shaping a bold, customer-centric vision that delivers against our client’s commercial ambitions
  • Champion customer experience & personalisation – ensuring every online interaction is seamless, relevant, and engaging
  • Grow the Retail Media capability – hitting ambitious targets and building the tech, processes, and team to scale
  • Future-proof platforms & tech – partnering with Product, Tech, Data & CRM to deliver secure, scalable, best-in-class digital experiences
  • Inspire and develop a high-performing team – building capability across trading, marketing, app, testing, and analytics
