Responsibilities

  • Uploading, managing, and archiving data.
  • Supporting project systems and maintaining organized records.
  • Coordinating kit, ordering supplies, and managing stock.
  • Assisting with scheduling and timetabling.
  • Providing general administrative support.
  • Liaising with external IT support when required.
  • Completing vehicle checks and maintaining logs.
