Job Mission

This is a hybrid role with three days a week based at our Bristol (Aztec West) office. We can only consider candidates living within a commutable distance though limited relocation support may be available.

You’ll take ownership of the process instrumentation scope leading supplier handovers and ensuring technical compliance from design through to commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Resolve supplier and client technical queries efficiently
• Support contract engineering lead across design and procurement phases
• Follow equipment manufacturing testing and delivery to site
• Review supplier documentation and surveillance reports to required standards
• Manage risks opportunities and engineering design changes
• Coordinate interface management between multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Assess and validate modification requests for accuracy and necessity

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering
• Experience in instrumentation design procurement testing or installation
• Proven capability in technical documentation review and supplier follow-up
• Knowledge of British / EU electrical standards
• Background in heavy industries such as nuclear power generation or oil & gas
• Understanding of process instrumentation systems and integration
