Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant

Location: Cheltenham
Pay: £95-£115 per day
Contract: Full-time, long-term

Monarch Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming nursery and primary setting in the Cheltenham area. About the Role

• Support children across Early Years in their learning, play, and development
• Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment
• Assist with delivering high-quality activities aligned with the EYFS framework
• Work closely with teachers and other support staff to enhance children’s educational experience
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A recognised Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification
• Experience working within an Early Years or primary school setting
