Location: East Kent - including Canterbury, Thanet, Dover, Whitstable/Herne Bay, Folkestone, and Hythe

What you'll do as an Early Years Teacher:
  • Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences following the EYFS framework
  • Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where every child can thrive
  • Support children's personal, social, and emotional development
  • Work collaboratively with support staff and parents to ensure each child's individual needs are met
  • Observe, assess, and record children's progress to inform future planning
What we're looking for in an Early Years Teacher:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS)
  • Experience working within Early Years or Foundation Stage
  • A caring, patient, and creative approach to teaching and learning
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
