About Our Nursery

Busy Bees Enfield, rated Good by Ofsted, accommodates 120 children. The nursery features bright rooms, a sensory room, and a spacious outdoor garden area for a wide range of engaging activities. It is located in Florey Square, Enfield, with easy access via the A10 and public transport. Onsite parking is available, and staff have free parking. What to Expect as an Early Years Teacher
  • Lead the planning and delivery with expert knowledge of the EYFS framework and age-appropriate activities in line with the early years curriculum.
  • Take ownership of observation, assessments and planning for your key children in line with EYFS and provide developmentally challenging next steps.
  • Mentor and guide team members, contributing to curriculum development.
  • Take on the role of Key Person, maintaining relationships with families and supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs.
  • Ensure a safe and inclusive environment that supports children’s emotional and social development.
  • Encourage and recognise children’s development and achievements.
Ideal Candidate
  • Hold QTS, EYTS or EYPS qualification.
  • Extensive experience in an early years setting (ideally as a Nursery Teacher or Early Years Teacher).
