Early Years Practitioner (CACHE Level 3) - Islington, London

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent • Hours: 35-37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday • Start Date: September 2025 - July 2026 • Daily Rate: £100-£110 PAYE

Key Details
  • Full-time role, 35-37.5 hours per week
  • Rotating shift pattern between 8:00am - 6:00pm
  • All Year Round (AYR) contract with 28 days annual leave (including 2 weeks closure at Christmas and 2 weeks in August)
  • Daily pay rate of £100-£110 PAYE
  • Permanent role starting September 2025
What We're Looking For
  • CACHE Level 3 qualification (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience working in Early Years education (nursery or preschool setting)
  • Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is highly desirable
  • Room Leader experience is an advantage, but not essential
  • A flexible, proactive attitude and excellent communication skills
