Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in a nursery or Reception setting, especially with SEN.
  • Strong ability to build relationships with children and families.
  • Competence in supporting children with varying early learning needs.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver small group and one-to-one activities.
  • Lead play-based sessions for development of skills.
  • Support class teacher in planning and adapting lessons.
  • Work closely with Early Years Lead and external professionals.
  • Model strong practices to other teaching assistants.
  • Contribute to planning and observations in line with EYFS.
