Early Years Educator

Pay: £27,000.00-£36,000.00 per year

Duties

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning through play
• Support children's emotional, social, and physical development
• Maintain a safe and hygienic environment in line with health and safety regulations
• Observe and record children's progress, sharing insights with parents and colleagues
• Manage daily routines including meal times, nap times, and outdoor play
• Lead by example in demonstrating management and leadership skills within the team
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to ensure a collaborative approach to childcare
• Assist with organising outings or trips, including driving when necessary
• Contribute to the ongoing development of the nursery’s curriculum and policies
