Job description
Overview

Early Intervention Practitioner, Enfield.

Responsibilities
  • Hold a mixed caseload of Out of Court Disposals, including Triage, Youth Cautions, Youth Condition Cautions alongside children eligible for Diversion work.
  • Undertake effective assessments, planning, personalised intervention support and reviews in line with the YJB National Standards and local practice.
  • Ensure that children within the youth justice system are treated as children, supported in a trauma informed and restorative way to achieve best outcomes and staying safe whilst safeguarding victims and the general public.
  • Support prevention work to reduce first time entrants in response to local needs and work effectively in partnership with a diverse range of professionals.
Remuneration

£26.97 per hour
