Overview

An opportunity has arisen within the Targeted Early Help for a temporary Senior Practitioner to join our Castleford/Airedale team, supporting the delivery of high-quality, impactful services that reduce risk, build resilience, and improve outcomes for children. As a Senior Practitioner, you will work closely with the Team Manager to lead and support a team of at least six Early Help Practitioners. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the team delivers a high-performing service that meets the needs of families experiencing multiple and complex challenges.
