Early Careers Teacher — Sheffield, S2

Salary: £135 - £190 per day

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Early Career Teacher to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified teacher (NQT) or someone in the early stages of their teaching career to make a significant impact on the lives of young learners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the pre-prepared lesson plan to the class ensuring all students are engaged and learning.
• Use a variety of teaching techniques to meet the needs of all students.
• Ensure the classroom is a safe and welcoming environment for all students to learn in.
• Work collaboratively with the teaching assistant or any support staff.
• Build rapport with the students.
• Build relationships with other staff members within the school.

Qualifications

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification (PGCE).
• Hold an enhanced DBS with the update service (or be willing to process one through Career Teachers).
• Hold eligibility to work in the UK.
• Have a strong knowledge of the primary curriculum.
• Have excellent communication skills.
