Job description

Calling all ECT Early Careers Teachers across Leicester and Leicestershire now and for academic year 2025-26.

Are you an ECT looking for a school to start your ECT year come September 2025? Are you an ECT on final placement and don't want to wait until September 2025 to start working and wanting to start work from June 2025?

Monarch Education is working in partnership with Primary Schools & Academies across the Leicester / Leicestershire area. We also work collaboratively with local Universities and PGCE Course Leaders who refer Monarch to ECTs seeking work in schools this academic year.

We are recruiting candidates who are seeking full-time positions in order to support their ECT year in EYFS, KS1, and KS2 in various schools across the Leicester / Leicestershire area. You will be placed in a supportive school environment where you will be given the guidance, help, and knowledge you need to assist with your development, ensuring that you achieve.
