Position: Early Careers Teacher (Primary) - Full-time, Temporary with Potential for Permanent
Location: Shrewsbury, Shropshire
Contract: Full-time, Temporary (with potential for permanent placement)

We are excited to be recruiting for enthusiastic and motivated Early Careers Teachers (ECTs) to join primary schools across Shrewsbury. This is a fantastic opportunity for newly qualified teachers to begin their teaching journey in welcoming and supportive school environments, gaining invaluable classroom experience while making a real difference to pupils' learning and development.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver inspiring lessons across the primary curriculum.
• Create a positive, nurturing classroom environment where all children feel supported and motivated to succeed.
• Assess, track, and provide feedback on pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs.
• Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
• Work collaboratively with other staff, sharing ideas and best practice.
• Engage with your ECT induction programme, taking full advantage of mentoring and professional development opportunities.
