I am currently recruiting for an Early Years Teacher / ECT to support a whole nursery or reception class in Manchester (M33). Starting a long‑term position from Jan 2026. You will be working 5 days a week.

Aspire People have worked with this school for a while and feedback is always positive from staff. The school is known to offer contracts and promote people from within, such as ECTs who work as an HLTA.

As an agency‑employed TA, the schools will expect you to maintain the standards of a permanent member of staff, so the following is expected:

  • Strong EYFS curriculum knowledge.
  • QTS / PGCE.
  • Regular assessments of pupils.
  • Able to engage in learning activities.
  • Confident supporting pupils with Autism and non‑verbal needs.

Our Manchester team will be available 24/7 for you should you need support with anything.

The school believes all children should be given the same opportunities regardless of background, gender, culture or religion. Our focus is on promoting positive behaviour and the school experience and giving all children the opportunities they deserve.

If this is the job for you, please apply and I will be in touch.
