What You’ll Be Doing

  • Acting as trusted gatekeeper for all professional communications.
  • Liaising with C‑suite leaders, board members, government officials, VVIP stakeholders, and strategic partners.
  • Coordinating complex international business and personal travel in partnership with the Personal Assistant, often at short notice.
  • Tracking actions, projects, and deadlines to ensure the Chairman is always fully briefed.
  • Supporting strategic proposals, executive presentations, and high‑level correspondence.
  • Maintaining absolute discretion and confidentiality at all times.

  • Strong track record managing international calendars, high‑level stakeholders, and confidential matters.
  • Experience coordinating international travel, board meetings, and high‑profile engagements.
  • Background in family office, investment, private equity, sovereign wealth fund, or similar environments is strongly preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Equivalent UK salary: £100,000–£120,000, dependent on experience, plus benefits.
