Executive Assistant to CEO

Salary: Up to £53,000

Contract: Temp to Perm (Immediate Start Required)

Location: London - 4 days office / 1 day WFH

Are you an exceptional Executive Assistant who thrives in fast‑paced, creative environments? Do you love supporting visionary leaders while keeping operations running seamlessly behind the scenes? If so, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

We're partnering with a dynamic and exciting events consultancy looking for a highly skilled, proactive and resourceful EA to support temp‑to‑perm position, so we need someone who can start immediately and hit the ground running.

The Role

As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of day‑to‑day operations. You'll provide high‑level administrative, organisational, and project support to the CEO and wider leadership team.

  • Complex diary and email management for the CEO
  • Coordinating travel, accommodation and logistics
  • Preparing expenses, including credit card reconciliations
  • Managing priorities, anticipating needs, and flagging urgent matters
  • Coordinating meetings and producing agendas, minutes, and follow‑ups
  • Acting as a key liaison between the Business Operations Team and senior stakeholders
  • Supporting with internal events, including Town Halls and team meetings
  • Meeting and greeting visitors, arranging refreshments
  • Assisting with personal administration including travel, household tasks, and family organisation
  • Preparing documents, reports, and presentations in line with brand standards
  • Organising leadership away days, dinners, and team events
  • Working closely with international EAs to coordinate global support
  • General office support and ensuring smooth daily operations
