A fashion-forward consulting firm in the UK is seeking an Executive Assistant for a Creative Director. This role demands experience in the creative sphere, as the candidate will navigate a high-energy environment filled with unique challenges and travel opportunities. The ideal fit thrives in chaos and has a passion for creative industries, speaking European languages being a plus. A competitive salary of up to £70,000 awaits, along with hybrid working and bonus potential.
We need an EA for a Creative Director. Yesterday.
If you dream in mood boards, we need to talk.
This isn't a regular EA role. Our Creative Director is fashion's best-kept secret about to go supernova. Think Nvidia's stock trajectory, but with better aesthetics.
Work. Design. Personal. Everything flows through you.
Tuesday: Milan fitting at dawn. Wednesday: Investor dinner (they're writing eight-figure cheques). Thursday: Studio until 1am because genius doesn't clock out.
One thing to note, this Creative travels globally, and he’ll need you on call when he needs you.
That means LA is less than perfect, but he’s big in LA, so he does spend time there.
You will have the chance to travel with him at times throughout the year, because there are some events and meetings when he’s going to need your help.
You must come from creative chaos. Fashion, design, music - anywhere ideas become reality through sheer force of will.
Corporate need not apply. We don't do PowerPoint. We do cool.
One EA told me: "Working in fashion means your boss has a meltdown about Pantone 18-1438 at midnight." If that sounds like Tuesday to you, you're our person.
The role starts before Christmas, so we need to move quickly because, as everyone else is nearing a slowdown, we’re getting faster.
Our plan here is to interview exactly three people. Speed matters more than perfection right now.
If you've survived fashion week (or something similarly insane), founder meltdowns, and still think "normal" offices are where creativity goes to die - you know what to do.
This could be the launchpad of all launchpads deep into the Fashion world.
This role closes when we find them. Could be tomorrow. It could be tonight.
If you speak European Languages (French and/or Italian), then that is the fairy on top of the tree.
Salary to £70,000 + very competitive bonus + hybrid working + travel potential.
