A leading NHS Trust in the UK is seeking a motivated individual to join their E-Rostering team for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role includes supporting the Electronic Rostering Manager and providing administrative assistance to enhance the electronic rostering processes. Experience with software like Allocate and Healthroster is preferred, but training will be offered. Candidates holding a graduate visa are encouraged to apply, as long as they can fulfill the temporary employment requirements.
University Hospitals of North Midlands is currently unable to provide sponsorship this role. This is in accordance with UKVI guidelines and legislation, as these roles do not meet the skill nor salary threshold for sponsorship. If you hold a graduate visa, you are welcome to apply for this role however it is important to note that UHNM will be unable to offer sponsorship at the end of your graduate visa, you must also have at least six months until your graduate visa expires at the start of your employment for training and operational reasons.

To support the Electronic Rostering Manager with the daily management of the Trust's Electronic Rostering System
To provide administrative support to the E Rostering team, assisting with the on-going development of electronic rostering by ensuring accurate administration systems are adopted, maintained and managed.
