Overview

We are seeking a confident, experienced E-Commerce & Website Administrator to manage and optimise our retail and wholesale websites, Amazon store, Debenhams marketplace, and social media channels. This is a hands-on role for someone who can handle everything from product uploads, images, and descriptions to customer queries, advertising optimisation, and identifying new sales opportunities. With over 30 years in the fashion industry, you’ll join a supportive, close-knit team where your expertise will directly influence online growth. There is scope for a higher salary in the future based on demonstrated impact and measurable improvements to online performance.

Responsibilities
  • Manage product listings end-to-end across our retail and wholesale websites, Amazon, and Debenhams
  • Maintain the highest standards for product images, descriptions, and specifications
  • Write engaging, accurate, and customer-focused product copy
  • Coordinate product photography and image database
  • Manage and update social media channels, supporting brand-building and promotional campaigns
  • Explore and develop opportunities on new sales avenues and online platforms
  • Optimise advertising across relevant digital channels to drive traffic and sales
  • Respond promptly and professionally to online customer queries
  • Oversee regular content updates across all e-commerce platforms
Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing multiple e-commerce platforms (including Amazon)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good IT knowledge and confidence with e-commerce systems
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Desirable (but not essential): Fashion industry or retail background
  • Familiarity with Magento, Shopify, or Wix
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central
  • Skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, or Adobe Express
  • Knowledge of digital product presentation, copywriting, and online advertising
