You will manage omnichannel retail operations, leading cross-functional teams, and focusing on customer experience optimization. Marketreach is the B2C branch of Studiocanal Kids & Family- we currently run a store at Paddington station, open 7 days a week from 8am to 8pm, another one located at the Savoy for the Musical and a Paddington online shop https://store.paddington.com

We are seeking an enthusiastic, data driven and results-oriented E-commerce and Retail manager based in London be part of the the retail division. Reporting to the VP Retail, you will be responsible for

Key missions & Skills :

Retail & E-Commerce Expertise
  • Strong understanding of omnichannel retail operations, including both physical store and online store management.
  • Experience withe-commerce platforms(e.g., Amazon or other pure players)
  • Knowledge ofdigital merchandising, product lifecycle online, and customer journey optimization.
Leadership & Collaboration
  • Proven ability tolead cross-functional teams, including store staff and digital teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate withmarketing, IT, logistics, and HR.
  • Experience inrecruiting, training, and developingteam members.
Customer-Centric Approach
  • Strong focus oncustomer experience, both in-store and online.
  • Ability to implement and monitorcustomer service standardsacross channels.
  • Understanding ofUX/UI principlesfor e-commerce platforms.
Analytical & Strategic Thinking
  • Ability to analyzesales data, KPIs, and customer behaviorto inform decisions.
  • Tracking consumer journey and optimize conversion

Technical & Tools Proficiency
  • Comfortable usingretail POS systems, ERP tools, and e-commerce CMS.
  • Proficiency inExcel, Google Analytics, and reporting dashboards.
  • Knowledge ofcompliance toolsand documentation (e.g., RAMS, compliance reports).
Organizational & Time Management
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities and outlets simultaneously.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs.
Key qualifications
  • 3 to 5 years experience in e-commerce retail, preferably in the IP industry, or an entertainment group.

  • Strong interest in the brand.

  • Proficient in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and e-commerce tracking tools.
