Job description
Responsibilities
  • Manage all daily activity within Amazon Seller Central
  • Carry out detailed product and competitor research
  • Create and refine product listings, including SEO, imagery, descriptions and A content
  • Oversee inventory levels, restock planning and FBA shipments
  • Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management
  • Maintain full compliance with Amazon policies and resolve any listing issues
  • Update and manage products, content and collections on the website
  • Improve site conversion rates and overall user experience
  • Support promotional activity, discount codes and marketing campaigns
  • Monitor website analytics and highlight performance trends
  • Ensure smooth order processing and consistent customer communication
  • Spot and implement new opportunities to grow online revenue
Qualifications
